2019 Open Day – Saturday 8th June

We are inviting the general public to come along to meet the crematorium staff and to find out how the Crematorium operates. We want to dispel the myths and provide an opportunity to learn about the cremation process. (No cremations are carried out on the day).

Our guided tours will explain how we address environmental and horticultural issues relating both to the cremation process and the gardens of remembrance.  The tours will be conducted separately and start from The Pavillion building

11.00 a.m. Tours of Crematory and Gardens

12:15 pm Multi-Faith Service of Remembrance in The Ogden Chapel followed by the release of a flight of Doves

13:15 p.m. Tours of Crematory and Gardens

The service is held to give thanks for the lives of departed loved ones. If you wish a  dedication to be shown during the service in their memory, please contact the administration office before the 3^rd June, 2019.
